I created No Yield Photography because I am in
love with photos and creating images. It’s my goal to create
the portraits that show the beauty and uniqueness that each of
us have.
The three big things that I like the most are: Natural Light to
capture a person’s true self, Dramatic Lighting in the studio
and repairing and saving damaged photos. I also enjoy the challenge
of shooting events and capturing people in their own element.
In the end, I shoot with the goal of decorating your walls and
scrap books for years to come! Let's see what I can do for you!

The simple promise:
All prices are flat rate and include tax so that you know what
you are looking at from the get go! No location fees, No per person
fees, No suprises, no hidden fees! Nothing but great photographs
and professional service!
Details ~ All fees are due at
the time of the session before any shooting starts. All prices
are flat rate. There are currently no sitting fees. You will receive
your product between 1- 10 days after the session. The Photographer
retains all rights to all images. All images are subject to addition
to photographer’s portfolio and advertisements in both print
and online. If there are any of your images that you would like
to not have used in advertisement or portfolio; the photographer
will be happy to work with you. All CDs come with personal use
rights for noncommercial purposes; which mean that you can make
prints, use them on your personal web page and social media. For
any questions, contact the photographer. Giving credit to the
photographer for images used could get you very nice rewards!
Referral customers are prized! If you refer a new customer to
NYP you will receive special offers and discounts that only you
qualify for! Cancellations of appointments must be made 24 hours
in advance of the session or there will be a $20.00 cancellation
fee. Any print orders placed must be paid for at the time of the
ordering and are not refundable unless there is photographer error.
If there is an error then the photographer will bend over backwards
to make it right for you! Returned checks will incur a $30.00
fee and are frowned upon.
