I created Noyield Photography so that I would always have plenty of people to point my camera at since I’m in love with photos and creating images. It’s my goal to create the best portraits that show the beauty of life and the uniqueness that each of us has..
The three big things that make me click happy are using: Natural Light to capture a person’s true self, Dramatic Lighting in the studio and creating digital graphics. I also enjoy the challenge of shooting events and capturing people in their own element.
In the end, I shoot with the goal of decorating your walls and scrap books for years to come! Let's see what I can do for you!

Portraits ~ Everyone needs a good portrait of themselves and everyone needs a great yearly family portrait too! It's a good thing that I can do both for you! I'm versitile when it comes to portraits because no two photos are alike! I adapt to what you are looking for and then we make it happen. If you need pictures of yourself for any reason and you want that professional skill then I'm your guy! If you are looking for some good photos of your kids; I'm all about that too!
Events ~ Almost every special occasion could use a trained photojournalist! It could be a meeting and special speaker, a Cub Scout box car race or your child's birthday party! I have shot them all and if you would like, I will shoot your event too!
Business / Product Images ~ Do you have a business and need some quality photos of your products? I can deliver when it comes to great photos. Talk with me and lets see what we can do.
High Profile Photos: ~
Have you noticed that most photos on people’s website profiles look the same, horrible? I have to wonder why people do that to themselves. Don’t misunderstand me on this. There is plenty of room for self made cell phone profile photos and plenty of room for quick shots of you at the beach, playing in the snow or fishing from a flat bottom boat. But don’t make all of your images with a cell phone in a bathroom mirror! It is my opinion that everyone needs at least a handful of professional photos that show the real them and not a dirty bathroom. You will get plenty of complements from any photos of mine that you use on your social website. Here is some more truth, “if you are online dating with less than great photography you are shooting yourself in the foot!” Photos need to be well lit, well done, accurate and recent. Anything else is like fishing a brick!
Real Estate ~ Are you looking to sell a home or business location? Let me show you what I can do for you! The bottom line is simply that the MLS is full of photos that are less than what they could have been. Their focus is narrow and normally doesn’t do the property justice. What this means to the buyer is a long boring search for their dream house; which is exhausting. To the seller it means that their property is just another number; which is the problem in the first place. That’s where I step in. I provide images that grab the buyer’s attention and all but force them to fall in love! I can easily double if not triple the number of inquires on a listing which means that property won’t be on the market for long!
Portraits: $175.00 You will receive a printable CD of your images so that you can choose what you want printed and how many!
Too Perfect! Too easy!
Events: $75 per hour You will receive a printable CD of all images to use as you please. This is a great value because you don’t have to worry about the photography and everything else too!
Business/Products: $pecial Get your high resolution images on a CD.

Details ~ All fees are due at the time of the session and before any shooting starts. All prices are flat rate with no sales tax. There are currently no sitting fees. You will receive your product between 1- 14 days after the session. The Photographer retains all rights to all images shot but would appreciate participation in NYP stock program. All images are subject to addition to photographer’s portfolio and advertisements in both print and online. If there are any of your images that you would like to not have used in advertisement or portfolio; the photographer will be happy to work with you on that. All CDs come with personal use rights for noncommercial purposes; which mean that you can use them on your personal webpage and social media sites as well as print them but you can’t sell them or make a profit on them without the photographer’s written permission. The photographer will be happy to work with you on that. For any questions, contact the photographer. Giving credit to the photographer for images used could result in you receiving discounts and special offers. Referral customers are prized! If you refer a new customer to NYP you will receive special offers and discounts. Cancellations of appointments must be made 24 hours in advance of the session or there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee. Any orders placed must be paid for at the time of the ordering and are not refundable unless there is photographer error. Returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee. Being whiney, in bad taste or plain ole mean will result in a $5.00 handling fee and/or beatings whichever is most appropriate if not both.
